My ex is threatening me.

I don't even know where to start. I will try to be short and concise. Yes, it was me who made the decision to file for divorce in RI, but I had no other woman then. My ex desperately believes that I left her because I had another, she simply cannot admit that she was completely unable to cope with household chores, and there was never any comfort around her. During our divorce proceedings, I moved out of her because I didn't have the strength to endure her tantrums. They really bothered me. At the end of our divorce process, she told me that I would not get rid of her just like that. She really came to my new house several times, knocked on the windows, tried to talk to me, and persuade me to return to her. When she realized that her attempts were in vain, she moved on to decisive action. Now she writes to me that she will call the police to my house and say that I beat her if I don't talk to her. She's just crazy! I'm worried about this because she is very convincing in her words, but I swear that I never hit or hurt her. I don't know what to do, but I'm not going to return to her, life with her will be even worse.
